BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our Denver Visits office. This team works with adult and geriatric patients in homes throughout the Denver - Castle Rock areas.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities also include developing and revising treatment plans, educating patients and families, and accurately documenting all provided services.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Colorado and meet ASHA certification requirements, either holding the certificate or being in the process of obtaining it. A minimum of one year of experience as an SLP is required, with prior home health experience being advantageous.
