We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Associate Therapist to join our Early Childhood Services Team! In this role, you’ll provide fun, engaging therapy to children ages 0-8, helping them build essential social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 0-8.
• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions using play therapy, CBT, and other child-centered approaches.
• Monitor and document progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create strong support systems.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
• Complete administrative and development tasks as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of agency and client information.
• Contribute to CCS's mission through clinical excellence and organizational involvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health discipline.
• Registered and in good standing with the BBS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to young children.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strong clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
