Key Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Water’s Edge Mission Statement, Credo and Service Goals and Values providing exceptional customer service at all times.

• Works under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist.

• Explains treatment plans to the patient and answer questions about treatment.

• Follows safety procedures to protect the patient and themselves from overexposure to radiation; examines machines to make sure they are safe and working properly.

Requirements

• Current and valid certification/licensure as a Radiation Therapist.

• Strong understanding of radiation therapy techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Must be detailed oriented to insure exact measurements.

• Very good interpersonal skills to interact with patients and coworkers.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
