Job Description
Create an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, control all established quality assurance standards and expenses and properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business. Monitor all functions, duties and activities for the department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

This role also involves achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining quality assurance standards and properly scheduling technicians to meet business needs.
Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and current, good-standing state pharmacist licensure. Candidates must also possess the ability to handle stressful situations, knowledge of basic math, and effective oral and written communication skills.
