Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, managing treatment plans from evaluation to discharge, and collaborating with the healthcare team. They also contribute to departmental process improvement, clinical education, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
