Occupational Therapist- Home Health

Key Responsibilities

Occupational Therapists will perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training, and implement interventions to prevent wounds. They will also educate clients and family members on necessary rehabilitative activities and accurately document all observations and evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona and have graduated from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum. A minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and solid computer skills are required, with prior experience in electronic medical records being preferred.
