Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program and have practiced in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages for at least two of the last five years. Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics is required, or eligibility with plans to obtain certification within one year, along with a current Texas state license.
