Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Nights, $5000 Sign on Bonus, Daily Pay

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our
compassionate team. This position will be instrumental in delivering
comprehensive respiratory care to our residents, including arterial blood gas
(ABG) analysis, heated high-flow therapy, tracheostomy procedures, invasive and
non-invasive mechanical ventilation management, and ventilator weaning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results accurately.
• Administer heated high-flow therapy and oversee tracheostomy procedures,
• Monitor and optimize settings for both invasive and non-invasive mechanical
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited
• Valid Ohio licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or
• Experience in ventilator management and weaning protocols highly desirable.-
