The world has changed, so we’ve reimagined what it looks like to be a full-time veterinarian.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets and their families? At Venetian Pet Hospital, we provide personalized, compassionate care for every patient while creating an environment where both pets and their owners feel like part of our family. Our team is friendly, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional medical care through thoughtful communication and modern veterinary medicine.
We are seeking an upbeat, motivated Veterinarian with strong clinical skills and a passion for client service to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced DVM or a new graduate eager to learn, you’ll find a supportive environment where your voice is valued, and your growth is encouraged.
Why Venetian Pet Hospital?
Venetian Pet Hospital is a full-service small animal practice offering comprehensive care including wellness services, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care. Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology, allowing our team to provide high-quality, efficient care across a wide range of cases.
We take pride in combining modern medicine with a personalized approach, ensuring every patient receives individualized care and every client feels informed and supported. Our team emphasizes communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing what’s best for each pet.
This role will be primarily based at Venetian Pet Hospital, with the opportunity to occasionally support and collaborate with nearby sister hospitals, including Broadway Veterinary Hospital and Murieta Animal Hospital. This provides additional variety in caseload and the ability to work alongside a broader network of veterinary professionals while maintaining a consistent home base.

Stockton is a growing Central Valley city with a diverse community, a developing food scene, and easy access to outdoor recreation. You’re within reach of the California Delta waterways, perfect for boating and fishing, and just a short drive from Sacramento, the Bay Area, and wine country destinations like Lodi.
Whether you enjoy waterfront views, weekend travel, or exploring Northern California’s many destinations, Stockton provides an affordable and centrally located place to live and work.
Our Culture
Our culture is built around compassion, positivity, and teamwork. We are proud to foster a family-oriented environment where every team member feels supported and valued.
