Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex learning disability caseloads, including risk management, safeguarding concerns, and mental capacity issues.

• Coordinate multi‑agency interventions to promote safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

• Deliver person‑centred, strengths‑based practice in line with legislation and best practice.

• With this information, we will provide appropriate support to you throughout the process and into your work placement.
