The Registered Behavior Technician will work directly with students in a school setting to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and collaborating with school teams to meet student goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 48 college credits, or a High School Diploma/GED with a passing ParaPro Praxis score. No prior experience is required, but candidates must complete the RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam.
