Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist provides safe pharmacy services by designing, monitoring, and evaluating patient-specific home care pharmacotherapy plans. They also coordinate care with nursing departments, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
