Group Therapist

Join Compass Health Center as a Group Therapist in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing DBT/CBT skill groups.

• Providing crisis intervention and staff support, as needed.

• Developing and documenting treatment plans and weekly update.

• Co-facilitating creative expression and other experiential therapeutic groups.

Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work/Clinical Counseling or other relevant Master’s/Doctoral programs.

• Hold or be eligible for one of the following licensures: LGSW, LPC, LCSW, LPCC, MSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD (preferred).

• 1 + year of post-Master’s clinical experience, or a relevant master’s level internship.

• Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $47K - $65K
