Practice Specifics

Collaborative Team Environment: Join a dynamic Heart & Vascular team of 14 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within an Integrated Heart and Vascular System Service Line.

• Comprehensive Training: Ideal candidates are trained in adult cardiac and general thoracic surgery.
• Experienced Support: Work alongside seasoned CT surgeons and PA support in hospital, clinic, and OR settings.

Convenient Access: Enjoy seamless transitions between inpatient and outpatient activities with the clinic and hospital located in the same building.

Exceptional Support Staff: Benefit from excellent technical, nursing, and support personnel across all aspects of the practice.

• Balanced Work Schedule: Participate in a 1:3 call rotation.

Advanced Robotic Surgery: Utilize cutting-edge robotic technology in thoracic surgery.

Comprehensive Pulmonary Care: Collaborate with an experienced pulmonary team offering lung cancer screening, PFT Lab, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and minimally invasive procedures.

Oncology Services: Access to Medical and Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, Genetic Counseling, Survivorship programs, and support groups.

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: In Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team orientation; leadership skills are a plus.

Compensaton

$712,462. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
