About the Role

Join AllHealth Network as a Family Nurse Practitioner – M-F 8-2, On-Call in United States. AllHealth Network is in need of a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work Monday - Friday, 8-2, with weekly oncall in our Acute Treatment Unit. This role is compensated at a rate of $55 - $56 per hour, and is eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial history and physical to clients within 24 hours of their admission onto the Acute Treatment Unit (ATU).

Provide consultation to staff at the Acute Care Campus regarding the medical problems and medications of clients.

Be responsible for evaluating and monitoring client’s medications, including any side effects or adverse reactions.

Establish contact with client’s outpatient providers as medically appropriate for continuity of care.

Requirements

Attend daily clinical rounds and participate with inter

disciplinary treatment team.

Collaborate when necessary, with partner medical facilities, outpatient providers and insurance companies to provide appropriate continuity of care.

Maintain current knowledge of psychopharmacology including medication interactions.
