About the Role

Join AllHealth Network as a Family Nurse Practitioner – M-F 8-2, On-Call in United States. AllHealth Network is in need of a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work Monday - Friday, 8-2, with weekly oncall in our Acute Treatment Unit. This role is compensated at a rate of $55 - $56 per hour, and is eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial history and physical to clients within 24 hours of their admission onto the Acute Treatment Unit (ATU).

• Provide consultation to staff at the Acute Care Campus regarding the medical problems and medications of clients.

• Be responsible for evaluating and monitoring client’s medications, including any side effects or adverse reactions.

• Establish contact with client’s outpatient providers as medically appropriate for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Attend daily clinical rounds and participate with inter

• disciplinary treatment team.

• Collaborate when necessary, with partner medical facilities, outpatient providers and insurance companies to provide appropriate continuity of care.

• Maintain current knowledge of psychopharmacology including medication interactions.
