This position offers weekends off. Work with SAGE GROUP in Kansas City, Missouri.
Provide skilled occupational therapy services and develop individualized plans of care for home health patients. Monitor patient progress, instruct families on equipment use, and supervise COTA staff.
Requires a current State License as an Occupational Therapist, BLS certification, and experience with Homecare Homebase charting. Candidates should have 1-2 years of OT experience, with home health experience preferred.
