Key Responsibilities

The counselor manages and monitors an assigned caseload of beneficiaries participating in a rehabilitation program. They develop program goals, evaluate progress through routine meetings, and serve as an advocate to help clients access necessary services.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of satisfactory employment experience in direct case management, social services, or a related field. A Certified Addiction Counselor certification is preferred but not required.
