About the Role
Join Adventist HealthCare as a Physical Therapist – Per Diem, Inpatient Rehab in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will no longer benefit from therapy (in coordination with the referring provider/team where indicated)
- Communicate, coordinate and document all aspects of patient/client management including the results of the initial examination and evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, plan of care, interventions, response to interventions, barriers to progress, changes in patient/client status relative to the interventions, reexamination, and discharge/discontinuation of intervention and other patient/client management activities with members of the care team as indicated.

Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inpatient Rehab setting preferred
- Active Maryland PT License
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: Employment Type: Part
