How you’ll contribute 

An Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who excels in this role

* Communicates patient progress or concerns to the supervising occupational
therapist and interdisciplinary team.

* Instructs patients’ families or nursing staff in follow-through programs and
home exercises.

* Assists with patient scheduling and posts treatment charges to patient
records daily.

* Documents patient care accurately and in accordance with all regulatory,
licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.

* Maintains treatment equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

What we’re looking for

* License: Licensed and eligible to practice as a COTA in the state where
services are rendered.
* Certifications: CPR certification required.
