This program is a holistic, gender-responsive program for girls, gender-nonconforming, and nonbinary youth (TGNBNC) youth who are involved, or at high risk of involvement, in the youth justice system.

The counselor will provide clinical and emotional support to youth involved in the justice system through individual sessions and individualized engagement plans. They are responsible for maintaining case files, coordinating with stakeholders, and staffing the weekend Teen Hub on a rotating basis.
Candidates must hold an LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent clinical license. A strong commitment to healing-centered and anti-oppressive practices is required, with preference given to those with lived experience in the youth justice system.
