Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team on a part-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with clinical best practices
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active California medical license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site clinical environment
