The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will deliver person-centered clinical care, including psychiatric evaluations and compassionate follow-up, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities also involve engaging in clinical supervision, consulting with multidisciplinary teams for holistic treatment plans, and coordinating integrated care across the clinical team.
Required qualifications include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a valid Ohio license, current unrestricted Adult Nurse Practitioner certification in Ohio, and the ability to obtain a DEA license. Successful candidates must also demonstrate clinical excellence, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and cultural competence.
