Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out tasks from the care plan and complete clinical progress notes. They are also responsible for teaching patients and their caregivers to help meet individual treatment goals.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold current state licensure. A CPR certification and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) are also required upon hire.
