*$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases-10hr weekly minimum*

Responsibilities
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
Responsibilities for Evaluations
- Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home and/or preschool based settings
- Write detailed speech and language evaluation reports demonstrating the child’s abilities and areas of difficulties
- Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the evaluation team
- Develop appropriate functional goals using IEP direct

- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License (new grads welcome pending licensure)

Requirements
Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and possess a current New York State Occupational Therapy License. New graduates are welcome to apply pending licensure.
