Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: · Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

Requirements
- · Must be licensed to practice in the state you are providing services in.
- · NPI and Medicaid Provider Number preferred and required to start work.
- Education: · High School Diploma or Equivalent Required with appropriate licensure.
- · An associates, bachelors, or master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
