Lead the evaluation and delivery of personalized physical therapy treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function. Contribute to operational excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the rehabilitation department.
Requires a degree from an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy, a Bachelor's degree, and a current Michigan Physical Therapist license. A Master's degree and at least one year of experience are preferred.
