Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Qualifications
Education and Licensure
Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification Active state license required.
Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating discharge plans for residents. They will also revise established plans of care under the supervision of a physician.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. An active state license and ASHA (CCC) certification or CFY seeking CCC certification are required.
