Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned medical centers Mentor, support, and collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers Promote evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices Support quality improvement initiatives, population health programs, and value-based care objectives Partner with operational leadership to improve patient experience and clinical performance Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and professional development Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Maintain an active clinical practice while fulfilling leadership responsibilities Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
