Job Overview We are seeking an occupational therapist to serve our outpatient hand therapy patients with the rehab flexible workforce team! Preferred candidate will be a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).
This position offers weekends off. Work with Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The occupational therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, including examination, diagnosis, and the development of individualized treatment plans. They also coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an Occupational Therapy license in the State of Minnesota and possess Basic Life Support certification. A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and experience as a Certified Hand Therapist are preferred.
