Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. The BCBA is responsible for conducting intake evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians. They also monitor client progress, adjust strategies based on data, and provide support to families regarding treatment recommendations.
Candidates must hold a valid BCBA certificate and have experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required for travel between service locations.
