Key Responsibilities
The therapist conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions while actively participating in the interdisciplinary treatment planning process. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, managing crisis situations, and coordinating discharge and after-care planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an equivalent field and possess a current clinical or social work license. Additionally, CPR and de-escalation certifications are required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
