Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer therapy to improve communication and swallowing function
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements

  • Active SLP license in the relevant state
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Prior clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
