Facilitates dialog and communication in order to fulfill goals.

Provides evidence-based primary care directly to patients carrying out all responsibilities as outlined in the job description of CRNP, including adherence to Clinical Practice.

Ensures staff in the Primary Care Department receive best practice updates and trainings specific to their roles and skill levels.

Requirements

Two years’ experience in management and work with low income people.

Current Pennsylvania state RN license

Current Pennsylvania CRNP license

Master’s Degree in Nursing or a Management field Required Skills and Abilities

Salary: $125K - $158K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.
