Join IU Health as a Medication Management Pharmacist – M-F Hybrid in United States. Key Responsibilities

include evaluating potential drug interactions, duplicate therapies, vital signs/laboratory values, and addressing gaps in care related to medication management.

Prior experience in ambulatory care, population health or centralized pharmacy services is.
