The CTSS Therapist works collaboratively with families, foster parents, schools, and child-serving systems to promote positive outcomes for youth.

• ability and placement success Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external systems (mental health, child welfare, education) Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and reports Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats Required Education & Experience Master’s degree from a regionally accredited program in a clinical mental health discipline Must include a clinical practicum with children/adolescents Minimum of one (1) year post-Master’s experience providing assessment, treatment, and case management services to children within mental health and child welfare systems Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions Strong teamwork skills and ability to navigate multiple service systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid Act 33 and Act 34 clearances Preferred Qualifications Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) Training and/or experience in play therapy Benefits & Additional Information Consistent weekday schedule Mileage reimbursement for required travel Opportunity to work within an innovative, youth-focused therapeutic program Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, Sick Days, Vacation Days, and Personal Days, HSA, FSA
