Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U. S. dental school
- Active or eligible Nevada dental license
- Ability to obtain RX, DEA, and CPR credentials
Compensation
- $250,000 – $450,000 annually
- Based on experience, daily rate, and production percentage
