Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide quality therapy services to older adults. They are also responsible for accurate documentation, billing, and coordinating seamless discharges while communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold current licensure in the state of practice. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a faith-based, mission-driven environment are required.
