Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and provide clinical education to patients and caregivers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and be in good standing with regulatory agencies. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
