Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance.

Build rapport, actively listen, and foster client engagement.

Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues.

Provide resources, coping strategies, referrals, and safety planning.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay rate: hour8.55 - $32.55/hour.

20 days PTO.

Student loan repayment assistance.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree (MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. in a behavioral health field from an accredited program) and hold an active New Mexico license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, or LCSW). A minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services is required, along with the ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace.
