Job Description
A facility near Indianola, IA, is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team!
Social Worker Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Mon-Fri; Day Shift
- Provide evidence-based mental health counseling, psychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
- Coordinate patient care with psychiatrists, interdisciplinary teams, and community agencies.
Maintain compliant EHR documentation, promote patient safety and quality improvement, and support staff education.
Social Worker Qualifications
- Social Worker must have or be eligible to sit for LISW in the state of Iowa
- Must have a Master's Degree or higher in social work
- Previous outpatient or acute care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree or higher in social work and hold or be eligible for an LISW license in Iowa. Previous experience in an outpatient or acute care setting is preferred.
