What You Will Do to Change Lives
As a senior member of the clinical team, the Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to members served, in addition to the recovery focused treatment plan developed and delivered in concert with the multidisciplinary team.
Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Part-time, 20 hours per week (Monday - Thursday preferred)
Compensation -
Expected Employee starting wage range - $73 - $90 / hourly
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
- Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

Key Responsibilities
The Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to members served within an Assertive Community Treatment program. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver recovery-focused treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an advanced healthcare degree, and be ANCC Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. At least one year of experience working with individuals with mental disabilities is required, along with active state licensure and DEA/Furnishing licenses.
