Staff Pharmacist - Acute Care (Days) PRN

Key Responsibilities

The staff pharmacist manages the medication process, identifies and prevents drug-related problems, and resolves actual issues in a fast-paced acute care setting. They also participate in patient education, support safety systems, and maintain investigational drug records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D. in Pharmacy and possess an RPH certification from the state of Texas. At least 2 years of hospital staff pharmacist experience is preferred, along with sterile compounding training.
