Key Responsibilities
The Hospice Music Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, develop, and implement individualized music therapy treatment plans for patients. They will also act as an ambassador in the community and facilitate both individual and group music therapy sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from an AMTA-approved program and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. One year of experience in an approved AMTA site is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift and transfer patients.
