Key Responsibilities

The Intake Clinician obtains initial clinical information to facilitate patient admissions and coordinates with physicians to determine the appropriate level of care. They also provide support to families and referral sources while maintaining accurate census records and clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in nursing or social work and possess a current Michigan license as an LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN. A minimum of one to three years of experience in mental health services, preferably in a psychiatric hospital, is required.
