Provide substance abuse counseling, recovery skills training, and comprehensive evaluations for offenders within a correctional facility. Maintain a peer-driven Therapeutic Community and develop individual treatment and aftercare plans to support successful reintegration.
Requires a high school diploma and current registration as a Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) or CCJP-A certification. Candidates must be able to obtain full LCDC or CCJP licensure within five years and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
