Physical Therapist (PT) | Clinic & Community-Based Services

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct screenings and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental and medical needs. They will provide direct therapy services in clinic and community settings while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve client mobility and independence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active Missouri Physical Therapist license. Strong communication and documentation skills are required, along with the ability to travel locally for service delivery.
