Key Responsibilities
- Provide Counseling and Education.
- Educate appropriate age groups on use of community services, as well as the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health.
- Counsel on family planning to include contraception, pregnancy, STDs, and childbirth.
- Perform Examinations.
Requirements
- A current, unrestricted NYS Nurse Practitioner License required
- National board certification required; Family medicine or med-peds required
- CPR certification required (can be provided)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in license

- Salary: $115K - $150K
- Signing bonus: $5,000.
