Job Description
If you’re a new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship (SLP CFY), start your career with a team that supports your growth while helping you make a meaningful difference.
In this role, you’ll provide speech therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, helping patients improve communication, independence, safety, and overall quality of life. You’ll build your clinical skills, follow patient progress over time, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
