Cochlear Implant Audiologist - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The audiologist will perform specialized diagnostic tests, manage cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, and provide comprehensive habilitative and rehabilitative care for pediatric and adult patients. Additionally, the role involves maintaining medical equipment, managing patient records, and participating in community outreach and departmental research.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctoral Degree in Audiology and possess current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Examiners for Audiologists. Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is also required, along with extensive knowledge of auditory disorders and clinical instrumentation.
