Key Responsibilities
- The Clinical Specialist provides clinical direction for the pharmacy and acts as a pharmacy liaison.
- The pharmacist in this position actively participates in inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic services, drug therapy management, and research/ quality improvement activities.
- This position would focus on the kidney/liver inpatient and outpatient service with cross coverage of the thoracic lung transplant team if needed.
